The Proposed product shall provide functionality to handle the following, but is not limited to: routing and timetables, block scheduling, driver scheduling, rostering, and capability to export in format accepted by SRTA’s CAD/AVL system. The ideal product will incorporate the historic Central Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (CPTA) and Capital Area Transit (CAT) collective bargaining agreements (CBA). All run cuts and rosters assembled by the product shall be compliant with the appropriate CBA as well as relevant labor law and Federal testing requirements.
